A 6-part Cook over Coals box prepared by a private chef for you to cook over your firepit under the stars is what we‘d suggest to get you started. You can also cook in your kitchen instead if you prefer.
Or possibly a Grazing Platter to find on arrival or after that busy day exploring? Both of these can be ordered below.
If you arrive on a Friday and a freshly prepared Jamaican dinner tastes the buds order online by Thursday to pick up from Troy-Anne on Friday from 6pm.
To eat out: we have The Aviary in Dollar and a Wednesday Supper Club hosted by Stickman Food Co in Culross. Along with the Red Lion pub in Culross.

Cook Over Coals
Private chef Douglas McNair, formally known as Stickman Food Co. brings you our brand new Cook over Coals experience. Using only the finest local ingredients chef Douglas creates a parcel of pre-prepared deliciousness that comes complete with charcoal for you to roast at your own pace, at your own firepit.
As many ingredients as possible are sourced from local farms, butchers and fishmongers within a 15 mile radius of the estate. Enjoy the comforts of a top quality restaurant meal on your own terms.
